We at CSC are looking for a lot of BPO professionals for our BPO arm at FSS - Noida, for which we conducting a Recruitment Drive on the coming Saturday (22nd May 09) at Noida. EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience: 0 year,
Maximum Experience: 4 years
Fresh graduates with good communication skills are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
Would be part of production team required to process transactions on a daily basis
Would be required to comply on all process defined SLA’s and maintain achieve minimum service levels on key performance indicators (Productivity, Quality, AHT etc)
Would be required to have a through process knowledge on which he/she will be trained.
• Good keyboard ability with Typing Skills of min 30 wpm.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well organized, disciplined and independent.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a changing and fast-paced environment.
• A team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Work Experience between 0-4 years
